Since 1997, Lorraine has worked to bring long-term care insurance policies and a “peace of mind” to a diverse group of clients. The president and founder of Senior Long-Term Care Insurance Brokerage, Inc., Lorraine successfully completed the advance training and educational requirements for the prestigious Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

As her clients aged, desperate phone calls would come from the spouse and/or the adult child. They were lost within the maze of caregiving options and how their long-term care insurance policy would help defray some of the costs. It became apparent that reducing stress for the caregiver and keeping information consistent for all members of the family is extremely important. The idea of creating a book with simple solutions came to mind and the result is a wonderful 108-page guide, Key Solutions for Caregivers. ​
