As Hospice of New Jersey's Community Liaison I would like to explain the importance of my role.

The role of Community Liaison is to build relationship in the community, provide hospice education, and contact patients and families in order to review hospice services and answer all questions prior to admission.
Once the diagnosis has been approved, Lorraine will contact the patient or POA and explain in detail the Hospice goals and covered services.
Coordinate by email (DocuSign) or in person completion of consents.
If you have questions about Hospice and if it is right for you or your loved one call or text me at: 201-906-1274.
I am here to help. Or click here to email me.

Mardi Gras which is French for Fat Tuesday is a day of celebration especially in New Orleans. It is definitely a celebration of different cultures. Although we may not be able to celebrate together you can enjoy that special meal such as Jambalaya or a cocktail like a Hurricane.
